Terms & Conditions

All bookings are confirmed upon receipt of a 50% advance payment. The remaining balance is due on the day of the performance. Cancellations made more than 30 days before the event date receive a full refund of the advance. Cancellations between 15 and 30 days receive a 50% refund. Cancellations within 15 days forfeit the advance.

Merchandise purchases are non-refundable except in case of manufacturing defects. Defective items must be reported within 7 days of delivery with photographic evidence. Digital downloads are non-refundable once purchased.

NEON PULSE reserves the right to use photographs and video from live performances for promotional purposes unless a written exclusion is requested and agreed upon at the time of booking.

All original music is the intellectual property of NEON PULSE and may not be reproduced, distributed or publicly performed without written permission, except as permitted under fair use provisions of Indian copyright law.

Set times, band line-up and technical requirements are finalised at least two weeks before the event date and are subject to change only in case of medical emergencies or circumstances beyond the band's control.
